Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited is listed on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market. In February 2021, the Company successfully raised gross proceeds of £370 million through its Placing and Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares and issue of Subscription Shares at an issue price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share. Subscription Shares will be issued to subscribers in the Initial Issue for nil value on the basis of one Subscription Share for every eight Ordinary Shares subscribed.
